Vanessa (Venus) Oliver | Studio Imagineer
Hi! I’m Vanessa; a mom, a businesswoman, and someone who believes in living life with intention, love, and community at the heart of everything I do. My kids are my biggest inspiration, and they’ve shaped how I approach both my life and my work. I started Cloud 9 Studios to nurture and heal our respective communities.

I grew up in East Oakland, CA, to teen parents who worked hard to ensure I was equipped to work with a path of opportunities. Their hustle; my DNA. Working10 years in Silicon Valley as a Digital Content Producer, I saw firsthand the struggles we face as women of color, especially in industries that weren’t made for us to thrive. It fired me up. It made me want to be a voice that changes the narrative of every fable we've been told about our rights to wellbeing.

I started Cloud 9 Studios with a mission: to empower one another with the knowledge and resources we need to thrive. Cloud 9 Studios is all about bringing education to the forefront, helping people comprehend conscious tools and medicines available to them.

Every event is inspired by my own lived experience. I’ve used most, if not all, of the tools reflected at our events with my own self-care routines. Why? Because caring a lot carries a lot with life's constant ebbs and flows. I lean on many practices to keep me grounded in my purpose and present for myself, my family, and my community.

I am here to build something real and vulnerable, and we're just getting started. The goal? To be a space where trusted providers and consumers come together to explore a prism of natural wellness tools and resources that support healthy lifestyle habits.
As a mother often observing her children; I watch carefully how they respond and interact with the world. They are both SO different, but both uniquely genuine and bright. Evolving at their own pace and expanding within their own space. It's what inspired my fascination with education and individuality; the core principles within the Montessori-style programming I use to help consumers build safe and impactful consumption habits.
